Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Bishopville, United States. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
  • Implement and maintain effective training programs for all staff members
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction
Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in restaurant management, preferably in a similar-sized establishment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisive decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Current Food Safety Certification required
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage industry trends
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
